Referred to as ‘Avignon-Provence’, the Avignon-Caumont Airport is an international airport complex situated a few kilometres from Avignon in the Vaucluse. With a single terminal measuring 1,500m² Avignon-Caumont Airport can handle 200,000 passengers per year and operates numerous direct flights to Birmingham, London City Airport and Southampton. The airport also operates various charters during the summer season. Close to Avignon-Caumont Airport’s terminal, there’s a hotel with restaurant that also provides conference spaces for business use. Avignon-Caumont Airport has three restaurant areas in the terminal building offering a variety of food. A 24hr, 7 days a week taxi service allows passengers to easily travel between Avignon-Caumont Airport and the centre of Avignon. Parking-wise, there are three carparks, one of which is reserved for car hire vehicles. Avignon-Caumont Airport has 300 parking spaces in total, all situated close to the terminal building.
